CCC partners with UAE Cyber Security Council

During CyberQ, the United Arab Emirates’ leading platform for dialogue on cybersecurity, quantum technologies and emerging technologies, the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace (CCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the UAE Cyber Security Council, led by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Chairman of the Council and Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government.

The UAE has emerged as a significant global hub for technology, digital infrastructure and cybersecurity, and an increasingly important actor in shaping international conversations around the future of cyberspace. The Cyber Security Council plays a central role in this effort, supporting the development of national cybersecurity policies, legislative and regulatory frameworks, and a resilient digital infrastructure.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the CCC and the Cyber Security Council, including joint initiatives, events and exchanges of knowledge and expertise. Through this partnership, both sides aim to contribute to a more resilient and secure cyberspace, while creating avenues for dialogue between policymakers, practitioners and the wider technology community.
