The Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace (CCC) and the Gulf Research Center (GRC) have formalised a partnership to advance cooperation on cybersecurity, digital resilience and the future of cyberspace.
Based in Riyadh, the GRC is an independent, non-profit think tank focused on the Gulf region, with expertise spanning international relations, security, economics and regional affairs. Its work provides an important platform for connecting Gulf perspectives with wider international policy debates.
The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a framework for joint initiatives, research and knowledge exchange, with a shared commitment to bridging the digital divide and fostering greater dialogue and cooperation across regions.
